Outside Class are fully opening on the 10th May for a maximum of 15 students for mat based classes - Hatha, Yin & Meditation.  Aerial Yoga & Trapeze Yoga are currently only available on a 1:1 Basis.  Please contact Tania to discuss more possible availability for private classes.

Start the week with a sense of calm and tranquility with this 45 Minute Meditation Class out in nature at Ashgrove Yoga.  This class will be hosted by myself, an accredited Meditation Teacher and Holistic Counsellor, Tania Murphy Cert.Med.Hol.Couns.(IMTTA).

During this class we will use a combination of gentle movement, breathing techniques and different styles of guided meditations to calm the body & mind  and to help you achieve a deep state of zen :)

Please bring your own cushions, mat, blankets or fold up chair to sit on.

As this class will take place outside please dress accordingly.

In the event of bad weather the class will be rescheduled.

If you currently have credit please contact Tania to arrange the fee to be deducted from your balance.

Please wear a face mask on arrival.  You will be asked to complete a Covid-19 Risk assessment form before attending.
